Training

CEED ensures practical and readily applicable training. We feature entrepreneurs as trainers, leveraging their “real world” business experience. We specifically aim to populate training with like-minded entrepreneurs and to promote interactive discussion that maximizes peer to peer knowledge sharing.

Some examples of our programs and training offers:

Top Class program
Top Class is a one-year program aimed at young entrepreneurs (under 35 years of age) with intentions to grow their companies.  Their companies will usually already employ several people and have a locally defined turnover.
With a particular emphasis on the leadership, marketing and financial issues faced by growing companies, the program consists of practical monthly training and networking events that enable young entrepreneurs to access the right ideas, knowledge and people.
A unique feature is the Mentorship program through which participants gain knowledge and advice from successful entrepreneurs.

Top Class II program
This program goes deeper supporting entrepreneurs to develop their leadership and management skills. The program consists of training and personalized coaching that assists the entrepreneur in his/her personal development as a leader. In addition, participants are supported to create concrete actions plans that can immediately be implemented in his/her company.

Tailored and ‘In-house’ Training
Each CEED center develops tailored solutions including “in-house” programs per clients’ request. We bring together capable providers who can deliver knowledge consistent with its highly practical, practitioner taught approach and who have an understanding of SMEs.

Uniquely, CEED offers its ‘Top Manager’ program that is designed for the entrepreneur and/or his/her management team.  Topics covered include marketing, human resources, finance, strategic planning etc., with a particular emphasis on ensuring your staff develops the contacts and resources that will heighten their skills and productivity.
